What i had today....Oatmeal.....fish and broccoli....7 grains chips....7 layer dip and chips and California rolls (sushi)...one nectarine.
So far so good, got some cheese on the seven layer dip but thought being vegetarian is good enough, i will just reduce a lot the cheese. Yogurt is so good for you, i will keep it in the diet. fat free Milk too.
That is amazing how much veggies and fruits i can buy when the meat is out of the picture!
