Here is my story

I have always been sportive. I was a professional dancer, swam like a mermaid. SUPER fit, perfect body, then it happened....baby number one! Gained 40 extra pounds, craved food constantly, ate too much. It took me a year to loose it. Then...baby number 2! Gained 40 pounds and it took me 3 years to loose it. Baby number 3. Gained 60 pounds! Eating burgers almost everyday and craving steak fries. So two years later, i am almost at my perfect weight, almost there.

If you understand your mistakes and what works you will be healthy and have your perfect weight.

2nd day

Today....no breakfast, i was too busy cleaning my kids messes and forgot. Lunch, peanut butter and jelly...fruit salad....diner...Taboule (couscous+tomato+green onions+celery+bit of dressing) and
pumpkin muffins:
4 cups sugar
5 c flour
1 c oil
1 lg can Pumpkin
4 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1 t clove
1 1/2 t. salt
Mix all in bowl, Bake 350 until browning top.
SO easy.

I forgot to weight myself this morning darn it.
