Weight

I was 134.2 pounds this morning.

Challenge

I am so frustrated with my tummy... most of my overweight is there.
I decided for a week to do 200 abs a day on my balance ball. I think it will help. It is not drastic but helps starting a good habit.

Day 9

Today..2 small candy bars...7 layer dip and chips...Cauliflower gratin and home made Italian bread.
1 cup ice cream.
