Grocery shopping
I find it very hard to go grocery shopping. The donuts isle, candy bars and chocolate. The chips isle...very tempting. It takes a lot of will power to pass them and not grab something.
I always try to go to the store with a full stomach. If i am hungry, there is no way i will not grab something and start munching. Also, it is OK to get something reasonable and small to reward yourself, as long as you are not going to the store too often.

Day 8
I slept in, so i had lunch...egg sandwich with grated pickle, tomato also in it...carrots and grapes...4 very small candy bars...Hawaii haystack for diner:
Green pepper
Green onions
Olives
Pineapple tidbits
Shrimp
Rice
Mushrooms
Tomato
Top ramen noodles
Gravy of choice
First goes the rice on your plate, then everything else with chopped veggies and small pieces of noodles.
The gravy is last. I made my own with the water from the warmed up shrimp, butter and the top ramen chicken stock envelope then flour to thicken.
