I thought it would be harder to not eat meat. I don't have the desire to eat meat and actually notice that my appetite is not as strong. My stomach feels lighter all the time.
My problem area is my tummy and it looks like it is shrinking.
My little experiment is so far very interesting.

Yesterday
Yesterday i had ... 1 cup pudding...fish sticks and veggies....Diner at Red lobster....Sea food broccoli and rice...mango slush.
Today Day 7...2 Oatmeal cookies...grilled cheese sandwich ... carrots and apple.... Fish sandwich.
