Today...slept in, no breakfast. Lunch, left box of Sushi...one V8 can. Diner...Focaccia bread with spaghetti..tomato sauce.
Focaccia bread
2T olive oil, divided use
3 c flour
3/4 c semolina flour
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 t .dry yeast
1 1/2 c hot milk
1 T rosemary or Provence herb (anything fresh taste better and better for you)
I put everything in my bread maker on Dough selection . Oiled than floured a pan. Put dough on it. Flat it up. Leave under a Kitchen towel for 30 minutes then drizzle salt and rosemary. Bake for 20 minutes, oven 400 Degrees.
